ProGantt is another app I like for larger projects or TeamGantt for smaller. Personally I like Gantt charts, filling in the fields leads you to answer the questions you pose (owner, task, ETC, etc.).
I also like to use the snapshot functions in Gantt software, it helps to track planed vs actual durations, which cna be included in project retros to see where time was found/lost or where estimates were off and by how much. I find this can help inform future planning work.
Great tool share. I do wish there was a simple timeline builder to connect milestones for a more high level timeline chart instead of a full blown Gantt.
