The greatest TPMs have this uncanny ability to execute calmly in pressure situations. They don’t miss a beat, stay focused, and get the teams across the finish line. Leverage The Checklist Mindset to function under pressure situations.
Great question. For personal checklists, I have kept written ones in my notebook. At Google, for Android related launches we leverage LaunchCal, internal tool, as release readiness checklist with approves. A few on my own checklists are mental routines. I have seen great success with wiki or notion. For these you can use any tool that fits you and the team.
Great points! What tool are you using to keep track of checklists? How do you share them with your team to tick off?
Thanks,
Max
