Its kind of interesting that you are referring to GenAI tool such as chatGPT a "thought partner" (I am obviously feeling jealous). I have mixed feelings about that. ChatGPT/Bard and related abstractions for sure have made it a LOT more easier to query, validate, synthesize and present information.
